MIS Executive

Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel to

support data management, reporting, and analytics for our retail operations. A candidate with prior experience in

the retail industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, update, and maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for retail operations.
• Perform data validation, consolidation, and analysis to support management decision-making.
• Generate dashboards, trackers, and performance summaries using advanced Excel functions.
• Coordinate with store teams and regional managers to collect accurate and timely data.
• Identify reporting inconsistencies and troubleshoot data-related issues.
• Assist in forecasting, sales trend analysis, and productivity reports.
• Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of data at all times.
• Support the operations team with ad-hoc reports and analytical requirements.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Advanced Microsoft Excel expertise (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query).
• Strong analytical and numerical ability.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with tight timelines.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce/Statistics/Business Administration or relevant field.
• 2–4 years of experience in MIS, data reporting, or operations support.
• Retail industry experience is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, POS data, or retail MIS reporting formats is a plus.
