Job Description
The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate data records and generating reports to support management decisions. The role involves preparing daily weekly and monthly MIS reports, maintaining databases, and ensuring data accuracy and consistency. The candidate will work closely with different departments to collect required information and present it in a structured format.

The position requires advanced knowledge of Excel including formulas pivot tables VLOOKUP HLOOKUP and data analysis techniques. Regular use of Google Sheets for data entry reporting and sharing information with internal teams is an essential part of the job. The candidate should be able to analyze large sets of data identify trends and highlight key insights for management review.

The MIS Executive will also be responsible for updating dashboards maintaining trackers and supporting management with ad hoc reports as and when required. Ensuring confidentiality of company data and maintaining proper documentation is an important responsibility of this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have strong working knowledge of Advance Excel and Google Sheets. Good analytical skills attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines are essential. Basic communication skills and the ability to coordinate with team members are required. Prior experience in an MIS or data management role will be an added advantage.
