Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled MIS Executive with a minimum of 4 years of experience in the BPO industry. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Advanced Excel, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and SQL, and should be capable of handling large volumes of BPO operational data and delivering accurate, actionable MIS reports to management.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for BPO operations
• Analyze BPO data related to calls, productivity, SLAs, AHT, FCR, occupancy, shrinkage, and TAT
• Perform advanced data analysis using Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, complex formulas)
• Write and execute SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze data from databases
• Ensure data accuracy, reconciliation, and consistency across multiple data sources
• Create dashboards and performance reports for operations and senior management
• Support Operations Managers and Team Leads with data insights and ad-hoc reports
• Identify trends, gaps, and performance issues and share actionable insights
• Automate recurring reports to improve efficiency and turnaround time
• Maintain data security and confidentiality at all times

Mandatory Skills & Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of MIS experience in a BPO environment
• Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF, COUNTIF, data validation) – Mandatory
• Strong SQL knowledge (SELECT queries, joins, subqueries) – Mandatory
• Hands-on experience with BPO MIS and operational reporting
• Familiarity with CRM, Dialer, or Call Management Systems
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and work under pressure

Educational Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline
• Certification in Advanced Excel / SQL / MIS will be an added advantage
