ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.

Engage with candidates and generate leads

Support HR team in employee engagement activities and daily operations.

Maintain interview records, databases, and reports.

Coordinate with potential candidates and manage internship-related communication.
