360 degree recruitment in both IT & Non-IT
Headhunting, screening, interviewing potential candidates for client's requirements & building strong pipelines
Good candidate management
Closing positions every month and achieving monthly & quarterly targets

Requirements:

Should be a graduate / post graduate / pursuing graduation or post graduation
Strong interest in building a career in recruitment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ambitious, a go-getter, self motivated & hard working
Should have your own laptop
Should be in Gurgaon / Delhi / NCR / Bangalore, preferably
