Role & responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO, Sales, Customer Support, and Operations roles.
Source candidates using job portals, social media, and internal databases.
Screen and shortlist profiles as per client requirements.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future requirements.
Ensure timely updates to clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Achieve weekly/monthly hiring targets and contribute to team performance goals.
