VITS Hotels is an award-winning chain of premium full-service hotels and resorts with over 24 properties across India. We are expanding rapidly with the goal of reaching 100 properties by 2030. Dedicated to offering luxury accommodations for discerning business travelers, our flagship property is centrally located in Mumbai’s business hub, Andheri East. We are less than 5 km from SEEPZ, MIDC Business Hub, Bombay Exhibition Center, and the International Airport.


Position Summary:

HR Executive with a strong focus on recruitment


Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and coordinating offers.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and role objectives.
  • Post job advertisements on relevant platforms (e.g., job portals, LinkedIn, company website).
  • Source potential candidates through databases, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct initial HR interviews and evaluate candidate fit.
  • Coordinate interview schedules with hiring panels and manage candidate communications.
  • Maintain candidate pipeline and regularly update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Prepare offer letters and assist in salary negotiations.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and source of hire.

Onboarding & Induction

  • Facilitate smooth onboarding of new hires, including document collection, orientation, and induction sessions.
  • Ensure all pre-employment checks and documentation are completed before the joining date.

General HR Support (Secondary)

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support employee engagement activities and internal communications.
  • Assist in organizing training and development sessions.
  • Handle basic employee relations tasks and escalate issues as needed.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (in-house or agency).
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed).
  • Good People Management Skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple openings at once.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting in [industry: IT, finance, manufacturing, etc.].
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
