HR Recruiter

Job Title:HR Executive / HR Manager (Based on Experience) Location: Kasarwadi Pune Job Type:Full-time Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Hiring Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding. Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs. Develop job descriptions and post openings on relevant platforms. Conduct reference checks and ensure smooth onboarding experience for new hires. 2. Payroll & Attendance ManagementMaintain accurate records of employee attendance, leaves, and salary details. Process monthly payroll in coordination with the accounts/finance department. Handle reimbursements, deductions, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, TDS etc.). Ensure timely generation and distribution of salary slips. 3. Employee Relations & EngagementServe as the point of contact for all employee queries, concerns, and grievances. Foster a positive work environment through regular communication and feedback channels. Plan and execute employee engagement activities and celebrations. Promote a culture of trust, respect, and transparency within the organization. 4. Performance ManagementImplement and monitor performance appraisal systems (quarterly/half-yearly/annual). Work with team leads to set KPIs and track employee performance. Identify training and development needs and recommend relevant programs. Assist in career development and succession planning initiatives. Requirements:Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1–5 years of experience in HR functions (recruitment, payroll, performance, employee relations). Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS tools, and payroll software.
