Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Recruiter based in Saket. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting suitable candidates for various positions within the organization. The day-to-day tasks include coordinating with hiring managers, posting job openings on relevant platforms, conducting initial candidate evaluations, scheduling interviews, and maintaining a talent pipeline for future staffing needs. The HR Recruiter will also assist in enhancing recruitment strategies to attract top talent while fostering a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to use applicant tracking systems (ATS) and proficiency in MS Office.
• Understanding of current hiring trends and labor market conditions.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple open positions and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Team collaboration skills with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Previous recruitment experience or HR experience is a plus.
