Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR databases.
  • Support payroll processing by collating attendance, leaves, and overtime data.
  • Assist in drafting HR policies, procedures, and employee communication.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities, trainings, and events.
  • Handle basic employee queries related to HR policies and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and organizational HR requirements.
  • Manage data entry, documentation, and record-keeping activities.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and MIS as required.
  • Provide administrative support to management and different departments.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR, administration, or back-office roles (Freshers with relevant internships may also apply).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality in handling employee/organizational data.
