Roles and Responsibilities: Perform precise engineering calculations including heat load estimation, static pressure loss, head loss, and pump head calculations as per project requirements. Develop and prepare HVAC control logic diagrams for BMS integration and system automation. Ensure all designs and specifications are in compliance with ASHRAE, CIBSE, NFPA, and other applicable industry standards. Utilize engineering tools such as HAP (Hourly Analysis Program) and Duct Calculator for accurate system design and energy analysis. Coordinate closely with vendors for equipment selection and procurement, ensuring timely and cost-efficient solutions. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with clients, structural teams, architects, and consultants for seamless project execution. Conduct vendor evaluation and participate in the selection of HVAC equipment, ensuring compliance with technical specifications. Support the preparation of technical documentation, equipment schedules, and design reports for ongoing and new projects. Provide support during project execution, testing, and commissioning, resolving technical queries and site coordination issues. Candidate Profile: Educational Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of HVAC design principles and refrigeration systems. Proficient in using HAP software, Duct sizing calculators, and related HVAC design tools. Ability to prepare HVAC control logic and understand BMS integration. Hands-on experience in performing HVAC calculations such as heat load, static pressure, and pump head. Knowledge of Standards: In-depth understanding of ASHRAE, CIBSE, NFPA, and relevant building codes.

Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to senior management. Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness. Utilizing outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings with customers to close sales.
