HR Recruiter

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior HR Recruiter to join our team at MantraCare. The role involves actively sourcing candidates from multiple job portals, listing healthcare and wellness providers on our platform, conducting first-round interviews, and managing pay negotiations. Since we hire internationally, the candidate must have excellent English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates from various job portals and professional networks.
• Onboard and list healthcare & wellness providers on the MantraCare website.
• Conduct first-round interviews and initial screening of candidates.
• Assist in salary discussions and pay negotiations.
• Manage and support international hiring processes.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
• Coordinate with hiring managers for smooth recruitment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of recruitment experience (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
• Strong English communication skills (spoken & written).
• Comfortable with international hiring processes.
• Professional, confident, and people-oriented personality.
• Ability to work from office (no virtual interview option).

Interview Process

• 2 rounds of face-to-face discussions (no virtual interviews).

Job Details

• Job Type: Full-time, On-site
• Location: Paschim Vihar, West Delhi
• Working Days: 6 days a week
• Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Salary (CTC): ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on skills & experience)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
