As a key member of our on-site talent acquisition group in Bangalore, you will drive full-cycle technical hiring, shaping recruitment strategy and ensuring we secure the best software, data, cloud, and emerging-tech professionals. - Own end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, from intake to offer acceptance, ensuring timely closures and quality hires.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates using LinkedIn, job portals (Naukri, Indeed), networks, referrals, and niche communities.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, craft compelling job specs, and align on evaluation criteria.
- Conduct structured interviews, manage technical interview loops, and coordinate feedback across stakeholders.
- Maintain a robust talent pipeline and talent pool for future hiring needs, leveraging proactive sourcing strategies.
- Ensure a seamless, candidate-centric experience through clear communication, timely updates, and structured offer negotiations.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- 1–3 years of hands-on technical recruitment experience in an IT or technology services environment.
- Expertise in multi-channel sourcing: LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, GitHub, and professional networks.
- Strong understanding of software development, data engineering, product management, and cloud technologies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Taleo, or similar) and HRIS tools.
- Solid negotiation skills with a track record of closing offers under tight timelines.
Preferred
- Experience using recruitment analytics and metrics to drive process improvements.
- Familiarity with diversity hiring best practices and employer branding initiatives.
- Exposure to campus hiring or volume recruitment for tech roles.
- Certifications in recruitment (e.g., AIRS, RPS).
