Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team. The role involves managing the full recruitment cycle right from understanding client requirements to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and ensuring successful closures. You ll also be expected to use innovative sourcing methods for niche roles and build strong client relationships along the way.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with clients to understand hiring needs and job requirements.

Source candidates using job boards, portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and headhunting techniques.

Screen and shortlist profiles, conduct interviews, and manage the selection process.

Negotiate offers with candidates and ensure smooth onboarding.

Handle client communication and maintain long-term professional relationships.

Explore new tools and sourcing strategies to close niche and critical positions.

What We re Looking For

2 4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with a staffing/consultancy background.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Hands-on experience with job portals and other sourcing tools.

Ability to close niche profiles within tight timelines.

A self-driven professional who can work independently in a remote setup.
