HR Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to lead our recruitment efforts, develop and implement strategic recruitment plans, and attract top talent to our organization. The successful candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Strategy

1. Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

2. Conduct labor market research to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities.

3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop targeted recruitment plans.

Recruitment Operations

1. Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, advertisements, and candidate sourcing.

2. Utilize recruitment software and tools to streamline the recruitment process.

3. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.

Candidate Management

1. Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates, and make recommendations to hiring managers.

2. Conduct behavioral-based interviews, skills assessments, and other evaluation methods.

3. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and employment laws.

Offer Management

1. Extend job offers, negotiate salaries, and ensure compliance with company policies.

2. Coordinate with hiring managers to finalize job offers and onboarding processes.

3. Ensure timely and efficient communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Relationship Building

1. Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, stakeholders, and external partners.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.

3. Provide recruitment support and guidance to hiring managers and other
stakeholders.

Experience:- 3 years above and should have experience in Logistics/Retail

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
