HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Selection (25%)

• Manage end-to-end recruitment — from sourcing to onboarding.
• Ensure timely closure of all open positions as per defined timelines.
• Achieve at least 70% self-sourced closures (via Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals).
• Maintain accurate job postings and reports across recruitment portals.
• Prepare and share weekly/monthly recruitment reports with HR Head.

2. Pre-Onboarding & Offer Management (20%)

• Handle pre-onboarding formalities and ensure complete documentation.
• Coordinate BGV (Background Verification) and joining formalities.
• Issue LOI / Offer Letter / NDA / EA within 48 hours post-approval.
• Ensure smooth coordination with Admin/IT for onboarding setup.

3. Employee File Management (20%)

• Create and update employee files (digital & physical) within 3 working days of joining.
• Maintain 100% accuracy in employee records and audits.
• Regularly update employee data in HRMS / Google Drive.
• Perform monthly file checklist reconciliation with HR Head.

4. HR MIS & Tracker Management (20%)

• Maintain and update all HR trackers and dashboards (Recruitment, Attendance, Leave, Induction).
• Ensure ≥98% accuracy and data consistency.
• Submit monthly HR report to management by 5th of every month.
• Drive small-scale automation/simplification initiatives (1 per quarter).

5. Internal HR Communication & Employer Branding (15%)

• Enhance employer brand presence through social media and HR campaigns.
• Post at least 2 LinkedIn updates and 2 event/festival posters monthly.
• Coordinate with design team for timely HR creatives and signage.
• Track engagement metrics and support positive online visibility.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
