Job Description

We are looking for a skilled HR Recruiter with 2 to 6 years of experience to handle end-to-end recruitment processes, bridge management and employee relations, and address demands, grievances, or other issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and HR operations.

Roles and Responsibility

Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage job postings, resumes, and candidate communications.
Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth hiring process.
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and results.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field; relevant certifications or training programs are an added advantage.
Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the medical industry.
Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and technologies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
