Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Sector-32 Noida. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the IT industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Manage job postings, resumes, and other recruitment materials.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to employment.
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and results.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the IT industry.
Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and techniques.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other recruitment software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred candidate is female and unmarried.
Experience in handling end-to-end recruitment processes.
Knowledge of HR management and employee relations.
Familiarity with HR systems, tactics, and procedures.
Industry experience in HR / Recruitment / Administration / IR / Training & Development / Operations.
Qualification: Other Bachelor Degree.
