Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience, excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work on end-to-end IT & non-IT recruitment and selection processes.

Roles and Responsibility

Coordinate with internal hiring managers to determine hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Manage end-to-end IT & non-IT recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful recruitment outcomes.
Utilize various recruitment tools and technologies to streamline the hiring process and improve efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive growth.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field; relevant certifications or training programs are an asset.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and technologies, including social media, job boards, and applicant tracking systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
Familiarity with HR software and systems, including recruitment management tools and performance metrics.
Experience in consultancy is preferred, along with exposure to HR and Recruitment and IR.
