Job Description

We are looking for a skilled HR Recruiter with 1-5 years of experience to work in a hybrid model, including 5 days plus alternate Saturdays. The ideal candidate will have excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Coordinate with internal hiring managers to determine hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Manage end-to-end IT and non-IT recruitment and selection processes, ensuring timely and efficient placements.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to ensure successful placements.
Conduct interviews and assessments to identify top talent.
Collaborate with the team to achieve recruitment goals and objectives.
Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.

Job Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or a related field, preferably in consultancy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
Strong knowledge of recruitment principles and practices, including volume hiring and IT recruitment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results.
Familiarity with HR software and systems, and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
