Job Description

We are looking for a skilled HR Recruiter with 2 to 8 years of experience to join our team in Sector-54, Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and talent sourcing.

Roles and Responsibility

Coordinate with internal hiring managers to determine hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Manage the end-to-end IT & non-IT recruitment and selection process, including job description creation and candidate screening.
Build and maintain a network of suitable candidates through various channels such as job portals, social networking sites, institutes, and referrals.
Conduct preliminary rounds, prepare interview assignments, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Negotiate salaries and benefits packages with selected candidates.
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate hiring.
Perform reference and background checks.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field; relevant certifications or training programs are an added advantage.
Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in using job boards, social media, and other recruitment tools.
