Job Description:*
Position: HR RECRUITER / SR HR RECRUITER ( IT and NON IT ( Healthcare) )
Expectations: 1 ---10 Years
Qualification: Any Graduate/ MBA
Location: Noida (Sec-06)
NOTE: Must Have worked in recruitment firm
Key Requisites:-
Candidate must be Graduate
2-10 years+ of relevant experience .
Candidate must have an Good communication skill.
Social media recruitment and headhunting experience through LinkedIn, Twitter etc. is desirable.
Personal Competencies willing to learn
Good analytical and logical skills
Male/female can apply
core recruitment background preferred
Job Responsibility
1. Sourcing relevant profiles through different modes such as job portals, references, etc.
2. Screening profiles on the basis of the job description provided by the client.
3. Taking a preliminary interview of the candidate by talking to him/her over phone so that a screening is done on an initial level.
5. Scheduling telephonic or Face-to-Face interviews according to the requirement.
6. Maintaining good relationship with the clients by effective and efficient delivery of the assignments.
