HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities-

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for international roles across departments.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and other innovative channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job descriptions, cultural fit, and language proficiency.
• Coordinate interviews across time zones with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Build talent pipelines for future international hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and manage communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with HR and department heads to understand hiring requirements and priorities.
• Stay up to date with international hiring trends, labor laws, and compliance requirements.

Required Skills-

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in recruitment with a focus on international or global hiring.
• Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, etc.).
• Experience working with ATS platforms (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, Workable).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work across multiple time zones, US shifts, UK Shifts and coordinate with international teams.
• Understanding of global hiring practices and employment regulations is a plus.

Experience Required-

• Experience recruiting in regions such as UK, North America, Europe, or the Middle East.
• Background in non tech, tech, IT,
• Multilingual or cross-cultural communication skills.
