Job Title: Recruitment Manager / Senior HR Executive – Real Estate Hiring

Location: Kondapur, Hyderabad (On-site)
Salary: ₹4 LPA and above (based on experience)

Job Summary

CHR Infra is seeking a Recruitment Manager / Senior HR Executive to lead the hiring of Real Estate Sales Executives. The candidate will manage the entire recruitment cycle — from sourcing to onboarding — to help us build a high-performing sales team and support our company’s growth.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for real estate sales executives and managers.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Conduct telephonic, virtual, and in-person interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain recruitment trackers.
• Oversee onboarding and joining formalities for new hires.
• Collaborate with management to forecast and fulfill manpower needs.
• Achieve monthly hiring targets and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in real estate or sales hiring).
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in sourcing through multiple channels (Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals).
• Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements and meet deadlines.

• Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
• Location: Kondapur, Hyderabad
