Description

We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a passion for connecting with people and a strong desire to help the organization grow through effective talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

Conduct end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and expectations.
Maintain and update the candidate database and tracking system.
Assist in developing job descriptions and posting them on various job portals.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on qualifications and experience.
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company and attract talent.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations in India.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
