We are seeking a dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team in India. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates who are passionate about recruitment and talent acquisition. You will play a crucial role in sourcing and attracting top talent for our organisation, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Responsibilities

Source and attract candidates using various recruitment platforms and channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess the suitability of candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and status.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance on best practices.

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and techniques.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
