Job Description HR Recruiter Intern
Role: Talent Acquisition Intern
Roles & Responsibilities:Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals and social mediaCoordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managersAssist in conducting telephonic and initial HR screening roundsMaintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackersFollow up with candidates throughout the hiring processSupport onboarding activities and documentationAssist the HR team in daily operations and recruitment campaignsLocation: Vidyavihar West
