Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 13+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR.

• Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and sourcing techniques.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS tools is a plus.

Interviewing & Selection

• Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidates experience, skills, and culture fit.

• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and interview panels.

• Advise hiring managers on candidate selection, interview techniques, and recruitment best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Sourcing

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking events, employee referrals, and professional networks.

• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
