Job Description

1. Talent Acquisition & Sourcing

  • Identify staffing needs and understand job requirements in coordination with hiring managers.
  • Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, referrals, and internal databases.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring.

2. Screening & Shortlisting

  • Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Conduct telephonic/virtual screenings to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Shortlist candidates and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

3. Interview Coordination

  • Organize and conduct interviews (telephonic, online, or face-to-face).
  • Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in conducting assessments or tests when necessary.

4. Selection & Onboarding Support

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process from initial contact to offer acceptance.
  • Conduct reference checks and background verifications.
  • Prepare offer letters and ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates.

5. Recruitment Strategy & Process Improvement

  • Participate in developing and improving recruitment processes.
  • Contribute to employer branding activities on social media and job platforms.
  • Maintain communication with potential candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.

6. Database & Documentation Management

  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Record interview feedback, hiring decisions, and documentation as per company policy.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, etc.).

7. Stakeholder Management

  • Liaise with hiring managers to understand role expectations and provide updates on recruitment progress.
  • Maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and vendors (if applicable).

8. Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure the recruitment process adheres to company policies and labor regulations.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly recruitment reports for management review.
