Job Title: HR Recruiter – IT & Non-IT (Consultancy Experience Required) Department: Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Location: Noida Experience Required: 2 to 4 Years ( Must have experience in a recruitment consultancy/agency ) Qualification: Any Graduate (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred) Industry: Recruitment Consultancy / Staffing Agency Job Summary: We are hiring a HR Recruiter with mandatory experience in a recruitment consultancy/agency , who has managed end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT clients . The role demands strong sourcing, client coordination, candidate engagement, and closure skills across diverse industries. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment (IT & Non-IT): Work on job mandates from consultancy clients across multiple industries (Tech, EPC, Manufacturing, BFSI, Retail, etc.). Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media. Conduct telephonic screening to assess technical skills, communication, and cultural fit. Coordinate interviews and follow-ups until closure. Client Handling: Interact directly with clients to understand their requirements, JD, and expectations. Share relevant profiles within defined TAT (Turn-Around-Time) and update clients on interview status and feedback. Maintain healthy professional relationships for repeat business. Talent Acquisition Activities: Build pipelines for niche or high-demand roles (developers, sales, finance, etc.). Handle multiple roles simultaneously across junior, mid-level, and sometimes senior positions. Work on both permanent and contract staffing. Offer Management & Onboarding Follow-Up: Negotiate offers, explain job roles to candidates, and assist with joining formalities. Track and ensure smooth onboarding and reduce drop-out rates. MIS & Database Management: Maintain Excel-based trackers or ATS for resumes, interview stages, offers, and joining. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on hiring progress and closures. Key Skills Required: Mandatory experience in a Recruitment Consultancy or Staffing Agency Strong in IT & Non-IT hiring across various industries Excellent communication and negotiation skills Target-oriented, multitasker, and a team player Experience with job portals (Naukri, Shine, Monster), LinkedIn Recruiter, Excel, and ATS tools Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
