🚨 We’re Hiring: HR Recruiter (0–1 Years Experience) 🚨


Are you ready to kickstart your career in Human Resources with a dynamic, people-first organization? We’re looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter


The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.

Key Responsibilities:


Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and offer rollout
  • Conduct engaging new hire orientations and ensure a seamless onboarding experience
  • Coordinate all onboarding formalities and documentation for new hires

Employee Relations

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and conflict resolution
  • Support managers and employees in addressing performance issues and workplace challenges
  • Foster a positive work environment aligned with company culture and values

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate employee records and assist with payroll and attendance tracking
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Assist in updating and communicating HR policies and the employee handbook
  • Coordinate compliance training, including workplace ethics and harassment prevention

Employee Engagement

  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and events
  • Contribute to internal communications and culture-building activities


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related fields)
  • 0 to 1 years of experience in HR ( Recruitment, preferably IT roles)
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HRIS or recruitment platforms
  • A proactive mindset and passion for people-centric work
  • Preference with those worked in HR Recruitment firms
