About Us

Grow Medico is a fast-scaling healthcare-focused digital marketing agency helping 100+ clinics and hospitals grow through performance marketing, operations, and branding. We’re looking for a proactive and people-driven HR professional to lead our talent acquisition, culture building, and employee engagement across two office locations.

Role Overview

The HR Manager will oversee the end-to-end HR operations — from hiring and onboarding to performance reviews, payroll, and retention. You’ll act as the bridge between management and the team, ensuring smooth communication, cultural alignment, and team satisfaction while managing compliance and process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for all roles (Marketing, Design, Media Buying, Client Servicing, etc.)
  • Manage sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer rollouts.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for multiple locations.
  • Oversee onboarding, orientation, and probation reviews.

2. Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Conduct one-to-one meetings and feedback sessions with all team members every month.
  • Plan and execute team activities, celebrations, and HR events.
  • Build a strong and healthy work culture through empathy, communication, and accountability.

3. Performance & People Management

  • Maintain attendance, leave records, and performance scorecards.
  • Support managers in KPI-based evaluation systems.
  • Resolve grievances, conflicts, and escalations diplomatically.

4. Payroll & Compliance

  • Manage monthly payrolls, salary processing, and expense reimbursements.
  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.) and maintain HR documentation.

5. Process Building & Reporting

  • Develop and streamline HR processes, SOPs, and employee policies.
  • Maintain HR dashboards, attrition reports, and hiring trackers.
  • Collaborate with leadership on HR metrics and people strategy.

Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR / Business Administration.
  • 1–2 years of HR experience, preferably in digital marketing / creative agencies / startups.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Hands-on with tools like Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, and HRMS platforms.
  • Should be open to visiting and managing two office locations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

  • Human resources management: 1 year (Preferred)
