Job Title: HR Recruiter (Female Only) – Information Technology (IT)

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Department: Human Resources

Reports To: HR Manager / Talent Acquisition Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter specialized in Information Technology to attract, identify, and hire top IT talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various IT roles, excellent sourcing skills, and the ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process to meet the organization’s technical staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand technical staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

- Source, screen, and interview candidates for a range of IT positions including software developers, system administrators, network engineers, cybersecurity specialists, data analysts, and more.

- Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and internal databases to identify potential candidates.

- Conduct technical assessments and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.

- Maintain a strong understanding of current IT trends, skills, and certifications to accurately evaluate candidate qualifications.

- Manage the entire recruitment cycle from posting job openings to extending offers and onboarding new hires.

- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT candidates for current and future openings.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

- Track and report recruitment metrics and KPIs to measure effectiveness.

- Stay updated on industry best practices and employment laws related to recruiting.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.

- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, preferably with a focus on IT/Technology roles.

- Strong understanding of IT roles, skills, and certifications.

- Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation skills.

- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple openings simultaneously.

- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with technical assessments and coding challenges.

Certifications such as AIRS, SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar.

Networking skills within the IT community.
