HR Recruiter (Female)

As an experienced HR Recruitment professional, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Conducting end-to-end recruitment activities for Non-IT Industries, which includes understanding job descriptions, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and following up until candidates join. - Posting job ads, sourcing profiles from various job portals, sending bulk emails to job-seekers, utilizing social media platforms, leveraging your own database, and using references to source suitable candidates. - Coordinating with clients to facilitate resume shortlisting, collect interview feedback, stay updated on new openings, and manage offers and joining formalities. - Maintaining a comprehensive database of candidates and generating Management Information System (MIS) reports regularly. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Graduation or Post-Graduation in HR or relevant field. - Minimum 1 to 5 years of experience in recruitment processes, particularly for Middle and Top level positions, with a strong focus on client coordination and excellent English communication skills. Additionally, the company expects you to have good communication skills in English, proficiency in MS Office, internet browsing, and email communication.
