As an HR Recruiter, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Assist in the recruitment process, which includes tasks such as job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interviews. - Support the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization. - Help in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases accurately. - Assist in organizing company events and engaging activities for employees to enhance workplace culture. - Participate actively in various HR projects and initiatives to contribute to the overall HR strategy. - Provide general administrative support to the HR department to ensure efficient operations.
