We are looking for a proactive HR Recruiter Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding employees for a manufacturing setup. This role involves close coordination with plant teams and HR stakeholders. Key Responsibilities : Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and consultants Screen resumes and conduct initial HR rounds (telephonic/video/in-person) Coordinate interviews with functional managers Maintain and update recruitment trackers and MIS Follow up on offer letters, documentation, and onboarding process Coordinate campus drives or walk-in interviews if required Ensure recruitment is done within TAT (Turnaround Time) Key Skills Required : End-to-End Recruitment Screening & Interview Coordination Job Portals (Naukri, LinkedIn) Excel & MIS maintenance Good communication skills (Hindi/English/local language) Time management and multi-tasking Basic understanding of HR processes
