Job Title: HR Recruiter cum Generalist Location: Andheri/Mumbai Department: Human Resources Reports To: HR Recruiter Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and professional HR Recruiter cum Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, employee on boarding, and general HR operations. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, organizational ability, and a professional demeanour to represent the company positively to both candidates and employees. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles across the organization. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using multiple channels (job portals, social media, referrals). Conduct interviews and coordinate with department heads to ensure timely selection. Prepare offer letters, negotiate compensation, and manage onboarding processes. Maintain recruitment records and prepare regular metrics/reports. General HR Operations: Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. Assist in payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and leave management. Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and labor laws. Support performance appraisal processes and training & development programs. Address employee queries and provide guidance on HR-related issues. Employee Engagement & Administration: Organize employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities. Support HR administration tasks including office logistics, travel, and accommodation arrangements. Promote a positive work culture and contribute to employee satisfaction. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, HR Generalist, or similar role. Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and recruitment tools. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Preferred Skills: Experience with HRIS or payroll software. Confident, approachable, and professional demeanor. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Reporting & Coordination: Report to the HR Manager and coordinate with department heads on recruitment and HR matters. Work Environment: Office-based role

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹41,660.19 per month
