Job Description

Role & responsibility

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective job descriptions.
Build a strong talent pipeline using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels.
Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with stakeholders for final selection.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment metrics.

HR Operations & Generalist Activities

Support onboarding and induction processes to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
Manage HR documentation including offer letters, appointment letters, contracts, and employee records.
Handle employee queries, grievances, and provide HR policy guidance.
Assist in payroll inputs, attendance management, and leave administration.
Implement and maintain HR policies, ensuring compliance with statutory and organizational requirements.
Coordinate performance appraisal processes and support training & development initiatives.
Drive employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and retention strategies.
Maintain HR MIS and generate periodic reports for management review.
ponsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in HR with significant exposure to recruitment and HR operations.
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and tools.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools.
