  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure timely closure of open positions in alignment with organizational workforce plans.
  • Handle HR generalist responsibilities such as employee onboarding, documentation, attendance management, leave administration, HRIS updates, and maintaining accurate employee records in compliance with company policies.
  • Support employee relations initiatives by addressing employee queries, assisting in grievance handling, implementing HR policies, and promoting a positive and compliant workplace culture.
  • Assist in performance management processes, training coordination, HR reporting, compliance activities, and continuous improvement of HR processes to support organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
