Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Payroll Management

Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Manage salary processing, overtime, incentives, deductions, and final settlements
Ensure compliance with company policies and payroll timelines
Coordinate with finance for payroll funding, reconciliation, and reporting
Handle payroll audits and resolve discrepancies promptly

Statutory & Legal Compliance

Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, Bonus, Minimum Wages, etc.)
Manage statutory filings, returns, challans, and documentation within deadlines
Liaise with government authorities, auditors, and inspectors when required
Stay updated on changes in labor laws and ensure timely implementation
