Role & responsibilities

Payroll Management

  • Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Manage salary processing, overtime, incentives, deductions, and final settlements
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and payroll timelines
  • Coordinate with finance for payroll funding, reconciliation, and reporting
  • Handle payroll audits and resolve discrepancies promptly

Statutory & Legal Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, Bonus, Minimum Wages, etc.)
  • Manage statutory filings, returns, challans, and documentation within deadlines
  • Liaise with government authorities, auditors, and inspectors when required
  • Stay updated on changes in labor laws and ensure timely implementation
