- Generating Various letters - Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, Confirmation Letter, Probation Letter, Contract Letter, Warning Letter, Termination Letter etc
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure that they are communicated effectively to employees
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and HR Policies.
- Administered both GTL and Group Medical Insurance programs, managing enrollment, claims processing, and compliance to ensure comprehensive employee benefits coverage.
- Handled end to end payroll processing (pre payroll activities, post activities & variance) and compliance.
- Prepared full and final settlement.
- Sending Job offer and recruiting emails and also answering queries related to compensation and benefits
- Responsible for statutory compliance like PF, PT and ESIC,LWF, Bonus, Gratuity (Enrolment, challan making etc.)
- Supervise and mentor HR and other reporting manager, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in HR operations and payroll.
