HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with internal account managers and client stakeholders to understand specific sales role requirements.
  
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for

  sales-based hiring

  , from sourcing to offer rollout.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and headhunting techniques.
  
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess sales aptitude, communication skills, and role fit.
  
• Coordinate interviews with client hiring teams and gather feedback for next steps.
  
• Maintain up-to-date candidate records and pipelines in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  
• Build a strong database of potential sales candidates for recurring client needs.
  
• Ensure timely closures and meet aggressive hiring deadlines across multiple accounts.
  
• Provide a high-quality experience for both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
• 25 years of recruitment experience in a

  staffing or recruitment agency environment

  .
• Proven track record in

  sales hiring

  (e.g., inside sales, field sales, B2B/B2C sales, telesales).
• Strong sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other recruitment tools.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple client requirements and deadlines simultaneously.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with staffing clients in sectors such as BFSI, FMCG, Telecom, or EdTech.
  
• Prior use of ATS platforms (e.g., Zoho Recruit, Bullhorn, CEIPAL).
  
• Understanding of recruitment KPIs like TAT (Turnaround Time), source mix, and client satisfaction.
