HR Recruiter (Field Hiring)

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct field recruitment drives and walk-in interviews at designated locations.
Identify and source candidates through local networks, job fairs, referrals, vendors, and community outreach.
Manage bulk hiring and high-volume recruitment for field-level roles.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for final selections.
Maintain a strong candidate database and track recruitment metrics (TAT, conversion rate, etc.).
Partner with local institutions, NGOs, training centers, and employment offices for talent acquisition.
Ensure a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
Handle pre-employment formalities including document verification and background checks.
Provide weekly recruitment updates to the HR Manager and relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in field hiring, mass recruitment, or similar roles.
Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
Ability to work independently and travel within Varanasi and nearby areas for hiring drives.
Familiarity with recruitment tools, ATS software, and MS Office Suite.
