Job Description: HR Recruiter Position: HR Recruiter Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year Location: Dashrathpuri, New Delhi Employment Type: Full-time Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Hiring - Conduct hiring calls to screen and shortlist candidates. - Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers. - Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding. - Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. 2. Attendance Management & Basic HR Operations - Monitor daily employee attendance and update attendance records. - Assist in maintaining HR documents, employee record files, and basic paperwork. - Support HR team in preparing reports related to attendance and employee records. 3. Documentation & Paperwork - Handle joining formalities and exit documentation. - Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR documentation. - Ensure proper filing, data accuracy, and timely submission of paperwork. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR Recruiter or HR Executive. - Strong communication skills for conducting hiring calls. - Required good fluent English to interact candidate and Management. - Basic knowledge of HR policies, attendance systems, and documentation. - Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) is a plus.
