We are seeking a skilled and motivated Non-IT Recruiter with a background in the manufacturing industry to join our recruitment team. This role requires a candidate with at least 2 years of experience in recruiting for positions within the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of recruitment processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify and attract top talent for various roles in manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment:
Handle the entire recruitment cycle for manufacturing-related positions, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.Job Requirements Analysis:
Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand the specific hiring needs for different roles in the manufacturing division.Sourcing Candidates:
Use various sourcing methods including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks to identify and attract suitable candidates.Screening & Interviewing:
Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and schedule face-to-face or virtual interviews with the hiring team for further evaluation.Candidate Assessment:
Evaluate candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit to ensure alignment with job requirements and company culture.Offer Management:
Negotiate salaries and benefits with candidates, extending offers and managing offer acceptance.Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to ensure recruitment processes are efficient and aligned with business objectives.Market Knowledge:
Stay updated on industry trends and labor market conditions to effectively guide the recruitment strategy.Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain recruitment records, manage candidate pipelines, and prepare regular reports on recruitment status and performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education:
Any graduate/ preferably BE/B.Tech (any discipline).Experience:
Minimum of 1 years of relevant recruiting experience in the manufacturing industry.Industry Knowledge:
Familiarity with recruitment for roles such as production engineers, quality control, maintenance, operations, supply chain, and other manufacturing-related positions.Strong Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Sourcing Skills:
Ability to leverage multiple sourcing channels to attract candidates.Interviewing Expertise:
Experience in conducting interviews and assessing candidates' skills and qualifications.Detail-Oriented:
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.Team Player:
