Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Travel to designated areas to source and recruit candidates for various job roles.

Collaborate with the HR and recruitment team to ensure a smooth hiring process.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to improve recruitment strategies.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements during the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

Minimum 6 months of experience in field sales, recruitment, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
