Job Summary: The HR recruiter will be responsible for supporting the HR department by recruitmrent, maintaining employee records. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills and a passion for enhancing the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Employee Lifecycle Management:
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for employees.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
• Policy Implementation:
• Assist in the development and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Generate HR reports and metrics to support decision-making.
• Analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Employee Support:
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in resolving employee issues and providing guidance on HR matters.
• Process Improvement:
• Identify opportunities to enhance HR recruiter and increase efficiency.
• Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• years of experience in HR recruiter or a similar role.
• Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
