Role & responsibilities

  • Source candidates

    : Use social media, job boards, and professional platforms to find potential candidates
  • Screen candidates

    : Review resumes and applications to find the best candidates for the job
  • Interview candidates

    : Conduct interviews in person, by phone, or using video conferencing
  • Assess candidates

    : Give candidates aptitude tests to assess their skills
  • Create job offers

    : Prepare job offers and send them to candidates
  • Onboard new hires

    : Help new hires get started and answer any questions they have
  • Monitor metrics

    : Track metrics like time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and cost-per-hire
  • Communicate

    : Keep in touch with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process
