Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Telecaller for Cold Calling and Lead Generation to support our national and international sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients across various geographies, qualifying leads, and setting up appointments for the sales team.

This role demands strong communication skills, adaptability to cultural nuances, and the ability to work across different time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective national and international clients.
• Introduce company products/services, understand client needs, and generate interest.
• Qualify leads based on criteria such as budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT).
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients in CRM tools.
• Schedule meetings or demos for the sales/business development team.
• Maintain accurate call records, status updates, and follow-up actions.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly lead generation and call targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for campaign feedback and lead nurturing.
• Adapt messaging according to market segment and geography.
• Handle client objections and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in cold calling or lead generation (domestic and international markets).
• Excellent spoken and written communication in English (additional languages a plus).
• Familiarity with global sales techniques and working across time zones.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to learn about products/services quickly and explain them effectively.
• Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours for international calling (if required).

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
