The ideal candidate will have experience in hiring talent, building efficient teams, and fostering a collaborative work environment to achieve organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Create and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for sales and operations roles. Conduct job postings, resume screening, interviews, and assessments to hire suitable candidates. Maintain a talent pool database for future requirements. Team Building: Design and execute team-building strategies to foster strong interpersonal relationships within the team. Identify skill gaps and plan training programs to enhance team productivity. Ensure alignment of the team with the company’s goals and values. Sales Team Development: Build a high-performing sales team to drive revenue generation. Define KPIs for the sales team and monitor their performance regularly. Motivate the sales team to achieve targets and provide ongoing guidance and feedback. Employee Engagement & Retention: Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to create a positive work culture. Address grievances and provide solutions to maintain employee satisfaction. HR Operations: Manage onboarding, induction, and exit processes effectively. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws. Coordination with Leadership: Collaborate with leadership to understand workforce requirements and organizational objectives. Provide regular reports and insights on recruitment, team performance, and HR metrics. Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or team management, preferably in sales-oriented industries. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proven track record of hiring and building successful teams. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
